How to order your freezer beef.

  1. Place your order. You can use the form below, or contact us via phone or email. Make sure we have your name, preferred contact info, and the quantity you desire.

  2. Pay your deposit. Make sure your deposit is paid in full by May 1, 2020. CLICK HERE to pay the deposit. Deposits can be paid all at once or you can make smaller payments with our payment plan. Payments can be made in-person, online or by mail. We accept cash, check, PayPal and all major credit cards.

  3. Complete your cutting instructions. CLICK HERE to complete the form. This can be done on any desktop or mobile device. We can also take your cutting instructions over the phone if you prefer not to do it through email or the website.

  4. Pick up your order. You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up. All orders can be picked up locally at the processing facility. Delivery options are available but please let us know in advance if this is something you will want or need.

A few things to remember:

  • Your order is not guaranteed until we have received your cutting instructions and your deposit has been paid in full.

  • We personally arrange our schedule of appointment dates for our customers. You will be placed in spot that allows for the best possible outcome for your order.

  • We base our prices on live weight, so you won't receive a final invoice until the week after your appointment date.

  • You can expect an estimated 3 weeks for processing. Dry-aged primal cuts will take an addition 1-2 weeks for processing if you choose that option. 

  • Processing fees are not a standard flat rate as each order will be different. You will pay the butcher shop separately for processing fees when you pick up your order.
